Happy Thanksgiving!

I am so very sorry for not keeping up on my blog over the last few weeks! The classroom sure has been busy! I have met most of the parents at conferences and enjoyed that very much! I can't believe that I'll be done so soon!

Our caterpillar/butterfly science unit is so neat! It's my first time seeing it and the kids love it! I love seeing them so excited to come in each day and check on the progress.

I hope you all have a great Thanksgiving and travel safely if you'll be leaving home!

I hope everyone had a great Halloween weekend! The kids have been talking about all their candy they got and the things that they did. I know that I ate too much candy and I'll be running extra far tonight! Notes are being sent home today about conferences and I look forward for that opporunity to meet you if I have not yet. Today is the first day that every student is in attendance so it's nice to finally see all 24 faces at once for the first time!

Sub day!

Today has been an awesome day! Mrs. O'Leary was gone for appointments today so I got some experience at running the show! The kids were great and worked very hard for me. I love being up in front of the room and teaching!

So many kids have been sick so it's nice to see them back at school! We're working hard to get those students caught up and back into the school routine. I hope all of your family is staying healthy!
